After obtaining a B.A. degree in economics, John Valerio became a full time licensed sales agent in 1971. As a member of what was formerly known as The Real Estate Board of Rochester, he became a full-time broker in 1973 and an Active Realtor Member in 1976. In 1977, he co-founded Lamplighter Realty Inc. and today is president of that company.
John has closed over one thousand transactions during his over 30 years of experience and has overseen thousands of his company’s’ transactions. Today, the company has a staff of 30 agents including 12 associate brokers.
A specialist in new home construction and experienced in home building, his company is known as “The Broker the Builders Trust.”
