After obtaining a B.A. degree in economics, John Valerio became a full time licensed sales agent in 1971. He became a full-time broker in 1973 and an Active Realtor Member in 1976. In 1977, he co-founded Lamplighter Realty Inc. and today is the sole owner of the company.
During his 38 year career, John has closed thousands of his own transactions and has overseen several more thousands of the company’s transactions. Today, the company has a staff of 30 agents including 12 associate brokers.
Lamplighter Realty also has extensive experience in residential new home construciton.
In buying or selling a residential home, new home or commercial property, his experience is an advantage to all potential property buyers or sellers. He attributes his decades of success to referrals from a database filled with satisfied clients.
